Flexible-Time

Many things are dealt with at once, and interruptions are accepted as part of the process. This approach is less structured and disciplined than Linear-Time, and the focus is on adaptability over organization.

This approach can also be less stressful, as team members have more freedom to work in a way that suits them. However, the downside of this approach is that it can be more difficult to manage, and deadlines may be missed if the  team is not disciplined.
